Juhl-Sørensen A/S sells and rents pianos, grand pianos, and digital pianos, and provides services to private and institutional customers throughout the Nordic region. Juhl-Sørensen A/S (hereinafter Juhl-Sørensen) is the data controller in relation to the personal data that you may provide to us.

Juhl-Sørensen carries out all processing of personal data in accordance with applicable legislation.
Juhl-Sørensen has implemented the necessary measures to ensure that we can comply with applicable legislation, so that we can provide the necessary security for processing customers’ personal data securely.
When you provide your personal data to Juhl-Sørensen when ordering one or more services or purchasing an instrument, consent is given for Juhl-Sørensen to process personal data based on §6 para. 1 of the Data Protection Act.
2. How does Juhl-Sørensen collect data
Juhl-Sørensen collects personal data in the following ways:
• When you choose to purchase and/or request one of Juhl-Sørensen’s services.

4. Online purchase with credit card on our webshops
Juhl-Sørensen uses Worldline (Nets, Teller & Verifone incl.) in connection with your purchases of goods and payment by credit card. In addition to being used for the execution of the order itself, the information provided is only used if, for example, you contact us with questions or if there are errors in the order. The merchant will not share customers personal information with third parties UNLESS it is necessary to complete orders

Juhl-Sørensen collects personal data only necessary for one or more of the purposes described in the separate terms and conditions for the respective service and in this privacy policy.
It is the individual service that determines both which personal data Juhl-Sørensen collects and the specific purpose of the collection.

Upon request to Juhl-Sørensen, you can either receive a printout of your personal data, have your personal data updated, raise objections, or request deletion or restriction of the processing of your personal data.

Juhl-Sørensen will as soon as possible after receiving your request for a printout send this to your postal address. For requests for corrections and/or deletion of your personal data, Juhl-Sørensen examines whether Juhl-Sørensen can identify the person as the correct registrant, and that Juhl-Sørensen is not otherwise required by special legislation to retain the information.

Juhl-Sørensen protects your personal data and has adopted internal rules on information security containing instructions and measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized disclosure and against unauthorized access or knowledge thereof.
Juhl-Sørensen has established procedures for granting access rights to those of our employees who process sensitive personal data and data that reveal information about personal interests and habits.

Juhl-Sørensen’s security procedures are continuously reviewed based on the latest technological developments.
