2. General
We are Sonora, operating from Copenhagen and Aarhus in Denmark, and these terms and conditions apply to the purchase of any Sonora instrument or accessory that has been ordered through the website: www.sonorapiano.com.
When an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation on email. Sonorapiano.com keeps the order confirmation as well. Until the delivery process starts, you have the right to cancel your order and claim your right of full repayment. If the delivery proces has begun the cancellation will be seen as a return, and the rights of cancellation and return will apply.
Money will be refunded by the same payment method used when ordering, unless otherwise agreed on by you, as the consumer, and us, Sonora.
3. Price and Payment
Every price on our website is listed in EUR and is including the danish VAT of 25%
We accept Visa and Mastercard as payment options and we do not impose any kind of additional transaction fees once ordered. We capture the money once the instrument has been shipped, unless otherwise has been agreed. In some cases the money will be reserved by your bank, but they will either be released or deducted from your bank account once we have shipped the instrument.
4. Delivery
Delivery is free and will be delivered to the curb side. Within the country of Denmark, delivery wil be with Brink Transport and within the Eurpean countries it will be delivered with DHL Freight. The delivery time is 3-10 days but may vary from country to country (you can read more about DHL transit times here: https://www.dhl.com/dk-en/home/freight/tools/european-road-freight-transit-time-calculator.html). We will deliver to all addresses accessible by bridge or that does not require any additional delivery service. If the delivery requires any extra service, you may be charged the additional cost. The extra cost may differ regarding the specific cases. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@sonorapiano.com and we will help you with questions regarding the delivery.
5. Return policy
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received it, without needing to provide a reason. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must contact us by sending an email to info@sonorapiano.com before returning it. Refusal of delivery will not been seen as a cancellation unless it has been agreed by us. It is important that you contact us before the 14 days expire if you wish to cancel your order and get your money refunded.
As the consumer you are responsible for the return of the instrument and the costs that may occur in the process. If the goods have signs of wear, damaged, if the box has been damaged or lost, if you write on the box, it is considered af loss of value and the full purchase amount will not be refunded – and in some rare cases not at all, but it depends on the amount of damage. The repayment will happen once we have received the goods/instrument in our possesion.

We will not accept parcels without distribution or parcels sent by cash on delivery.
6. Warranty
Our Warranty period is 2 years from the date the goods have been delivered. This means that if a fault occurs, you can either have the product repaired, exchanged, get a price reduction, or a full repayment, depending on the specific situation. If a fault occurs and you wish to use of the warranty, please concact us via email at info@sonorapiano.com within reasonable time after receiveing the goods, or after the fault occurs. To help solve the problem as quickly as possible, we encourage you to send a video clip or photos of the issue in the email too.
7. If you wish to complain
If you wish to complain, please send us an email at info@sonorapiano.com. If no solution can found you can use one of the following options:
